$10K Student Business Plan Competition

COMPETITION The annual Student Business Plan competition awards college students with $10,000 in prize money.
First through third place winners of the competition will receive cash to be used in the development of their business The first place winner will receive one of the eight office spaces in the Lyles Center Hatchery and a scholarship to attend a two-day E-Myth Leadership Intensive Seminar, valued at $1,500.
Competitors must be comprised of a team of at least one member being a student enrolled at California State University, Fresno or one of the partnering community college campuses. The annual competition will generate interest and excitement across campus, as students collaborate to build a business plan, to present to a panel of judges on May 3, 2008. The first place team will automatically be entered into the Draper Fisher Jurvetson $250,000 Venture Competition.
WORKSHOPS Monthly workshop, will be offered to students, which will provide critical information for each stage of the business plan.
