Sunspot Industries (SI) is a snow, surf, and skate board shop with an attached indoor skate park with a goal to allow every person a chance to experience the thrill of riding a board at some time in their life and see for themselves how fun it is. Sunspot offers affordable gear as well as high end equipment catering to the needs of every customer that comes through the door. Sunspot also has several mobile skate shops set up at community parks where kids can stay off the streets and remain safe.

Dreamstakes brings high-end boats, all-terrain vehicles, recreational vehicles, and jet skis to the middle-class consumer without the hassles of maintenance and storage. The venture will offer fractional ownership stakes to clients, allowing them to purchase equity in a pool of recreational equipment and use it for several weeks each year. A group of clients will share ownership in the same pool of equipment at a significantly more affordable price than is currently available in the market.
