Jane E. Yow is a Training and Organization Development Consultant specializing in helping organizations improve quality, productivity and innovation through their most important asset – their people. In the past few years, Jane’s focus has been on assisting companies in the implementation of activities and processes which successfully develop and integrate the people side of management.

Cathy Frost is the President of BennettFrost Personnel Services. BennettFrost is a full service staffing company which is locally owned and operated in the Central Valley and has provided exceptional candidates to our valley clients for 14 years. Cathy is involved in many community activities. Serving on the board and executive committee of the Fresno Business Council, Past President and current board member of the Fresno Metropolitan Museum, Board of Governors, California State University, Fresno. Board member of CART (Center for Advanced Research and Technology), which is a school joint venture between Fresno Unified and Clovis Unified School Districts. Other activities have involved United Way, Fresno Women’s Network, Civil Service Commission for the City of Fresno, and Personnel Commissioner for State Center Community College. Cathy is a graduate of California State University, San Jose with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

Tom E. Jones is the founder of WORx, Inc. a Management Engineering firm based in Fresno, California. He has thirty years experience in corporate America working with both Fortune 500 companies and private businesses to improve performance, increase productivity and ensure a sustainable future. Tom is a highly sought after motivational platform speaker who presents keynote addresses, lectures and topical seminars at conferences, conventions, and professional associations throughout the country.

Klaus Tenbergen started his career in true European fashion in 1977, as an apprentice baker in Germany. He formerly owned a fine dining restaurant in Peoria, IL, USA and was the proud owner of a bakery/confectionery/coffee shop in Pretoria South Africa from 1989 - 1996. He came to the USA in 1996, after working in Germany, Namibia, Bophuthatswana, South Africa and the USA. He is a Bäckermeister (Germany), RBA - Certified Master Baker (CMB), ACF - Certified Executive Pastry Chef (CEPC), ASB - Professional Baker (ASBPB) and Master Baker (South Africa). Klaus is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition and Program Director of the Culinology Department, at CSU Fresno and provides entertaining and informative tips on everything from napkin placement to international customs.

Heidi Horton manages all of the executive level recruitment for BennettFrost Personnel. Focusing primarily on the Central Valley, Heidi helps businesses of various sizes across a wide spectrum of industries. In 2004, Heidi was selected as a Top 10 Business and Professional Women award winner from the Marjaree Mason Center in Fresno. In her spare time, Heidi competes in triathlons, and races bikes for team Velo Bella.
