"Jammin' with Jane" - Getting to know you  Part I 
Each student will complete a DiSC Personal Profile prior to the workshop. This workshop is designed to identify four individual behavior patterns with focus on: (1) Preferred environment; (2) what motivates or demotivates; (3) how this profile handles conflict; (4) strategies for increased effectiveness. The profile identifies how each person applies to entrepreneurial leadership.

Putting the "ME" in Team - Team Formation
Working openly and honestly with someone you don't know, don’t like or don't trust is not easy. Breaking down historic blockages and interpersonal barriers requires that individuals get to know and trust each other. When individual talents are combined, the potential for success is higher than any one person could have achieved on his or her own.

"Respect is the name of the game" - Relationship Management
A mutual exploration of individual expectations is an opportunity to clarify everyone’s position while gaining a better understanding of what each person anticipates will happen when the actual work begins. Disagreements provide a natural opportunity for the involved parties to identify their differences. Agreeing to disagree until an acceptable solution is found is the key objective.

Workshops are held at the Lyles Center beginning at 1:30 pm.
